LLGA Minutes – 28 April 2011
Meeting commenced at 8:24pm with all officers present, except VP June Taylor. Claire Thompson presided.
Budget report presented by Treasurer, Adrienne Taylor:
• Discussion about LLGA contribution to the Mix Up Scramble in June
• Questions arose concerning the purpose of the LLGA contribution
• Budget will be posted in locker room prior to official vote during next mtg
Scholarship Committee report:
Weekly Play report from co-chair Donna Curtis:
• Members must be in the process of establishing a handicap with GHIN
• Review of Weekly Play Guidelines
o Motion carries to move 5th shot on Trestle Hole #6 to purple tees across the water
o Tee Times – please play closer to 8:30am and 5:30pm
• Scramble Results announced
o Flagstick – Robyn Milller/Chip-in – Michelle Hartman
More Old Business – reminder to reimburse June Taylor for bereavement meals
